I am an all-natural bodybuilder, and a nationally certified coach in nutrition and movement. I first began training as a teenager trying to lose weight, and quickly developed a passion for the underlying biological processes that involve nutrition, physical exercise and the positive effects they bring. I have a bachelor's in the fields of health and clinical psychology, and I look forward to using my education & experience to help you reach your fitness goals!
